We ship our products through LBC for Philippines-based recipients and FedEx for those abroad. We have recently added pick-up option for those near (or willing to drop by) our weaving room in Kiangan, Ifugao or drop off point in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
We explore other shipping options (JRS, Grab, Lalamove, etc) with clients should the previously mentioned options are unavailable or impractical.Where are the products shipped from?
All of our products, except posted face masks and headbands, originate from our weaving room in Kiangan. Once posted on the website, allow an additional time of up to one (1) week for your order to be transported to Quezon City where onward shipping to your home is done.How long to get my items (within Philippines)?
For products already in Quezon City, it usually takes less than 3 to 5 days for recipients within Metro Manila. For provincial deliveries, it can take up to 10 days depending on the final delivery address and courier service provider capacity and area of operation.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship abroad via FedEx. Shipping rates per destination country and region are shown at the checkout. If your shipping destination is not yet included, send us a message at email@example.com and we will see how we can ship our products to you.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes. We will send the tracking information on your purchased item as soon as it is registered to the courier service.
Once your order has been registered, we are unable to change delivery to another address. Kindly fill in your shipping address accurately and review (or update if applicable) when you place your order.
Can we pick up our order?
Yes. If you are in Ifugao, you can drop by the IPED Center in Kiangan to pick up your items. If you are in Metro Manila, you can have your orders picked up at our drop off point in Sikatuna, Quezon City.
For shipments outside the Philippines, taxes, custom duties, and other charges may be imposed by your country. These are not included in the shipping fee and will be charged to the client.
There are no additional charges for orders shipped within the Philippines.

We apologize in advance for any delay that may be encountered due to factors beyond our control.
To keep our product’s cost down, we do not have any full-time sales and logistics staff so it takes us some time to pack and ship orders.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, regular transportation and related services from Ifugao to Metro Manila and vice versa has not fully resumed. Currently, we send the items by private/ninja/mercy vans to Manila and ship them to your homes from there.
In addition, occurrences of natural disasters along the route of the shipment may also affect shipping schedule.
Nonetheless, rest assured that we put our best effort to ensure all reasonable measures are taken so that your purchased item reach you on time and in good condition.
